Here’s Our Process:
Browse and Choose
- Explore our designs and find a binder you love in our shop.
Provide Details for Custom Orders
- Fill out all necessary fields under your selection. BE DESCRIPTIVE!!!
- If you’re ordering multiple items of the same color and size but want different designs, please add each item to your cart separately and provide the specific design details for each one individually.
Add to Cart and Checkout
- Add your chosen item to your cart, then proceed to checkout.
- No payment or credit card required at this step! Orders are only finalized after approval.
Wait for Approval Email (CHECK SPAM)
- Once your order is reviewed and approved, we’ll send an approval email with a link to complete your payment.
Complete Payment & Enter the Queue
- Click the link provided in the approval email at the top and make the payment
- Your design will be processed in the order payment is received.
Custom Design Collaboration
- We’ll be in touch via email to perfect your design (So keep on the lookout). Once approved, we start the engraving process.
Receive Your Finished Product
- After engraving, you’ll get photos of the final piece. We’ll then ship out your unique item!
How Pricing Works
General Pricing
- Binder Size: Price varies based on the size of the binder you choose.
- US Shipping Cost: Flat rate of $15 USD.
- International Shipping Cost: – Mention during Checkout or Contact Us
Design Process
- Included Design Work: All design revisions are included in the listed price. No extra charges will apply, even if you make changes to the design.
Laser Engraving Time
- Included Runtime: The listed price includes up to 2 hours of engraving.
- Additional Runtime: If your design requires more than 2 hours of engraving, it’s $10 USD for each additional hour. We will communicate the estimated runtime before engraving begins, and any additional charges must be paid in advance.
Order Cancellations
- Before Engraving: You can cancel your order anytime before engraving starts for a full refund.
- After Engraving Starts: Once engraving begins, the payment or deposit is non-refundable, as we cannot resell custom-designed binders made specifically for you.
