Can I send you a binder for you to engrave?

No, all binders must be ordered directly through us. The engraving cost is included in the total price, ensuring the quality of the materials we work with.
Why is Black Binders not an option?

Black binders don’t provide the contrast needed for engraving to stand out. This would lead to a lower-quality design, which doesn’t meet our standards for detail and quality.

Will all Custom Orders be accepted?

Unfortunately, not all custom orders can be accommodated. Due to the high volume of requests, we must limit the number taken on.
How does the design process work for custom binders?

Once you place a custom order and it’s approved, we’ll reach out to you via email to collaborate on the design. You’ll have the opportunity to share ideas, and we’ll work together to finalize a design you love before we start engraving.
Is a deposit or payment required before my order is finalized?

Yes however, you don’t need to pay or enter a credit card at checkout initially. Once your order is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive an approval email with a link to make the payment and finalize the order.
What if my custom design requires more engraving time than expected?

The listed price includes up to 2 hours of engraving time. If your design requires more, we charge an additional $10 per hour. We’ll communicate the estimated runtime before engraving begins, and any additional charges will need to be paid in advance.
Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before engraving begins for a full refund. Once engraving has started, however, the payment or deposit is non-refundable, as the item has been customized specifically for you.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Custom orders vary based on design complexity, but we’ll keep you updated throughout the process. After engraving is complete, we’ll send photos for your review before shipping. You can expect updates at every stage to ensure a smooth experience!
What’s included in the price for custom designs?

The listed price covers all design work, including any adjustments you’d like to make during the design process, as well as 2 hours of engraving time. There are no hidden fees for design changes.
Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we offer a flat shipping rate of $15 USD within the continental U.S. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly for more details.
Where can I describe my custom design?

During checkout, you’ll see customization fields where you can describe your design in detail. Be sure to include any specific text, patterns, themes, positioning, or other unique elements you want in your design.
Can I provide reference images for my design?

Yes! If you have any reference images or inspiration, you can email them to us after placing your order. We’ll reach out via email as part of our design collaboration to ensure we fully understand your vision.
